		<description>Architect Colorado
Innovative Publishing specializes in producing high quality custom magazines for businesses and associations at a very quick turnaround. In addition to designing magazines, the day is filled with a large quantity of miscellaneous projects.

Architect Colorado Poster: I was asked to design a 2' x 3' advertisement that will be presented on gaterboard at various conventions throughout the upcoming year. Due to the speedy nature of the job, I was only able to spend about two hours on this project. Michael Adkins was responsible for the catch phrase and copy.

Architect Colorado v2n1: The Architect Colorado magazine shown below is the publication that this poster will (hopefully) persuade potential advertisers to advertise in. The Architectural magazines typically require more time than any other project; Altogether, I spent approximately two business days designing this publication. Deanna Strange was the Editor and Michael Adkins was the Copy Editor for Architect Colorado.

		<description>The Academy at Shawnee
In our Design for Public Issues class we were given the task of redesigning The Academy @Shawnee, a local JCPS magnet high school. The principal at The Academy, Dr. Look, was envisioning a design that would evoke a more believable educational institution.

My contributions included a variety of catch phrases, early website development, creating an advertising campaign, assisting in the development and consultation of the Graphic Standards Manual, participation in both of the client presentations, and I came up with the concept of producing a video so that we could share our journey with the community.

		<description>Self Propel Fitness Center
This business plan, for Self Propel Fitness Center, was produced in my Business Writing course. I was one of six people who created this entire business from scratch, and then presented it to our class to see if they would invest in it. The results were positive as everyone, including our professor, gave us a thumbs up. Zach Clark, Maggie Groot, Kyle Kuric, Anthony Dicarlo, and Marlena Usher contributed to the research, financials, legal environment, locations, writing, consultation and development of this project.

I came up with the concept, company name, logo and entire visual system (including: stationery, floor plan, products, website, proposal design, etc.), business philosophy, and marketing strategies. I also produced and edited much of the writing within this proposal.

		<description>Fernbank Science Center
This is a hypothetical redesign of Fernbank Science Center's corporate identity. Fernbank is a science center located in Atlanta, Georgia, and they were interested in a look that would appeal to professional scientists, astronomers, and physicists. Also, they desired a more credible look so that corporate investors would take notice. A design manual was issued for this project.

		<description>Edna
I designed this typeface in Letterform's II. My intention was to produce a near mono-width, sans serif typeface, and then add serifs to help pull the letters together. The idea was to create a font that was simple to read, so that my grandma, Edna, could easily read it.

I produced two logos with this typeface, Microscrub Pore Treatment, and Instar Image Technologies, and there is a showing to go along with each logo.

		<description>Shoot the Dice
I invented, illustrated, and designed Shoot the Dice in my Packaging class at the University of Louisville in 2010.

We were given a box and asked to design the packaging for any product that we wanted to market. I decided to start entirely from scratch and create a lawn game. With no product, concept, or imagery to begin with; I sat down, started to draw, and about ten minutes later I stumbled upon this concept.
